Lightweight design breaks new ground: Reeman AMR handling robots, reshaping the competitiveness of manufacturing logistics.

Precision Manufacturing Demands Stable and Intelligent Logistics

In highly precise digital electronics manufacturing, logistics must be not only fast but also extremely stable. High-frequency material movement, complex batch management, and tight production takt make traditional experience-based manual dispatch increasingly unsuitable for large-scale operations.

After introducing multiple automated production lines, a large digital electronics factory identified internal logistics as a key constraint limiting overall capacity release.

Reeman Fly Boat AMR Delivery Robot Connects Warehouse and Production Lines

To address this challenge, the factory deployed the Reeman Fly Boat AMR delivery robot as a core transport unit linking the warehouse and production lines.

With a payload capacity of 300 kg and shelf-lifting capability, the robot integrates seamlessly with existing racks and material carriers. Powered by laser navigation and multi-sensor fusion technology, it delivers precise positioning and intelligent obstacle avoidance, ensuring safe and stable operation even in densely populated production areas.

System-Based Dispatch Replaces Manual Coordination

At the scheduling level, the AMR system dynamically adjusts delivery frequency based on order rhythm and line workload. Multiple tasks are executed in parallel, eliminating the inefficiencies and resource waste associated with manual dispatching.

A one-button call function on the production line allows operators to trigger replenishment instantly, significantly reducing waiting time and improving material response speed.

Unmanned Cross-Floor Logistics Builds a Closed-Loop System

To accommodate the factory’s multi-floor and multi-zone layout, the Reeman Fly Boat AMR delivery robot autonomously integrates with elevators and electric doors. This enables uninterrupted cross-floor and cross-area delivery, forming a complete unmanned logistics loop from warehouse to workstation.

Scalable Logistics Model for Future Expansion

After the AMR system went live, the factory reduced manual handling intensity while improving material flow stability. Production organization became more predictable and controllable, providing a scalable logistics model to support future line expansion.

As a source manufacturer of AMR robots, Reeman possesses full in-house capabilities spanning core control systems and complete machine manufacturing. With annual deliveries ranking among industry leaders and long-term overseas deployments, Reeman AMR solutions have proven high stability and adaptability across complex global application environments.
